Cerlacchia Firm S.r.l. is proud of its almost thirty-year experience in the production of egg noodles stuffed with different fillings.
The production factory is regularly licensed by Budrio Town Council and it is registered in the relevant EEC Register with the I 994/L CEE number for the production of meat-based products.
The Quality System was certified on 27th January 2001 according to the UNI-EN-ISO 9002:94 rule; the certification was conformed to the new UNI-EN-ISO 9001:2000 rule on 17th October 2003.
Under the date of 3rd June 2003 the firm was certified according to the I.F.S. standard (International Food Standard).
Since 2003 Cerlacchia has been producing Kosher products too, once in a month, under the control of qualified Rabbis of the Jewish Community.
The kosher product is prepared and packed according to the strict Kasheruth rules.
At present 18 people are working in the factory; the cycle of production is non-stop 24 hours a day, with a wide productive availability.
